Students transfer out of Citrus in a rate of 43%

The Citrus Community College District CCD rates at which people are transferring in the have gone through their fair share of rises and drops within six years. From 573, in 2010-2011, dropped to 547, in 2011-2012, rose to 641, in 2012-2013, then 672, in 2013-2014, finally 685, in 2014-2015.
